Our standard residential cleaning services include the following: 

  • From the beginning, customer service will be available to assist you with your cleaning scheduling and any other questions you may have along the way.

  • The same cleaner will be used for each visit.

  • You may request a new cleaner at any time.

  • If a cleaner is ill or will be on vacation, you will be notified and provided with a new cleaner until their return. 

Residential Cleaning 

  • Clean and polish furniture.

  • Dust all surfaces including picture frames, knick-knacks, Blinds, inside and outside windowsills, lampshades,s and light switches.

  • Vacuum the entire room, clean floorboards, and mop the floor. Will move furniture if necessary.

  • Make the bed and change linens if required.

  • Ironing if needed.

  • Living Room and Entrance Areas.

  • Vacuum furniture under cushions etc.

  • Empty and dispose of all trash. 

Below is an outline of what the cleaners will be attending to during their visit.

Kitchen 

  • All countertops and exterior appliances will be cleaned and sanitized.

  • Cleaning of sink and dishes.

  • Cabinets were wiped down and cleaned.

  • All mirrors, glass, and chrome surfaces are cleaned and shined.

  • Vacuum the entire room, clean floorboards, and mop the floor. Will move furniture if necessary.

  • Empty and dispose of all trash. 

Bathroom 

  • Wash and polish toilet seats.

  • Wash and disinfect the shower. 

  • Wash Tiles. 

  • Polish mirrors, glass, and chrome surfaces.

  • Clean inside and outside of sinks.

  • Clean countertops.

  • Remove any limescale.

  • Vacuum the entire room, clean floorboards, and mop the floor. Will move furniture if necessary. 

  • Wipe down doors, handles, and light switches.

  • Empty and dispose of all trash.

Moving and Relocation Cleaning

General Cleaning

  • Spot cleaning of walls if required. 

  • Vacuum the entire room, clean floorboards, and mop the floor.  

  • Will move furniture to provide for better cleaning if necessary.

  • Empty and dispose of all trash.

  • Clean all light fixtures.  

Kitchen 

  • Vacuum the entire room, clean floorboards, and mop the floor.

  • Will move furniture to provide for better cleaning if necessary.

  • Refrigerator 

  • Wash and dry inside of the refrigerator.

  • Will remove, wash and dry all drawers.

  • Wash and dry outside of the refrigerator.

  • Move refrigerator out from the wall and clean underneath.bb

  • Clean to the freezer.

  • Cleaning Stove

  • Remove and clean all racks and boiler pans.

  • Clean inside of the oven, top of the stove, under elements, pan drawer, exhaust fan, and hood.

  • Wash and dry the outside surface of the stove.  

  • Cabinets and Drawers

  • remove any shelf paper

  • Wash inside and outside.

  • Wipeout drawers.      

  • Clean sink and countertops. 

  • Bathrooms
